ITHACA, N.Y. -- The Keuka College Women's Volleyball dropped a non-conference match on Wednesday night to the host Ithaca College Bombers in three sets.
Jadine Buddingh led the Wolfpack with seven kills, but it was Lauren Moelbert's who had the largest contribution. The freshman finished the night with six kills, three aces, and an assisted block for a team-leading 9.5 points. Kayla Brown led Keuka with 12 assists and Alissa Walruth had a team-high six digs.
Keuka College (3-7) fell behind early to Ithaca (13-1), dropping the opening set 25-13. The Wolfpack put a rally together in getting the score of 17-20, but the Bombers closed the set strong for the 25-19 win. Ithaca took the first five points of the third set and continued onto the 25-12 victory, taking the set 3-0.
The Wolfpack will remain on the road this Saturday as they travel to SUNY Canton for a tournament. Keuka College will face Medaille College in the first match and then have a chance to avenge their season-opening loss to the Rochester Institute of Technology in the second.
