OSWEGO, N.Y. – The Keuka College Men's Cross Country team ran their first race of the season on Saturday at the SUNY Oswego Invitational.
The Green and Gold finished in eighth place in the race, but the future looks bright for the program. A pair of freshmen, running in their first race, paced Keuka. Mack Ottens crossed the finish line of the 8k in 31:06, finishing in 36th place. Fellow freshman Josh Wahnon crossed second in 48th place with a time of 34:03. Thirty seconds later, Cliff Stevens crossed for Keuka. Max Crystal and Bob Fogle crossed one after the other, in 56th and 57th place respectively.
Keuka College will be back in action next Saturday when they run in the University of Rochester Invitational.
