The Keuka College men's cross country team traveled to Cazenovia, N.Y. for Saturday's annual Cazenovia College Homecoming Invitational.
Sophomore Josh Langley (Watkins Glen, N.Y./Watkins Glen) was the Wolfpack's fastest finisher, placing 12th with a time of 30 minutes and 40 seconds on the 8 kilometer course as the Green and Gold scored 165 points to place seventh out of seven teams.
LeMoyne's Sean Beney won the individual team title in 29:07, besting Morrisville State's Byron Evans by seven seconds for first place.
LeMoyne placed three runners in the top eight to win the team title with 39 points. Morrisville State was second with 65 points, followed by Onondaga Community College (65), Paul Smith's College (89), Bryant & Stratton College (126), Cazenovia College (159) and Keuka.
Freshman Cliff Stevens (Ballston Spa, N.Y./Ballston Spa) was 32nd with a time of 33:51, senior John Bourgeois (Rochester, N.Y./Irondequoit) and freshman Trevor Alton (Hannibal, N.Y./Hannibal) each ran in 37:45 to place 39th and 40th, respectively.
Freshman Michael Desimone (Rochester, N.Y./Greece Odyssey) rounded out the Green and Gold's top five finishers, placing 42nd after completing the course in 39:20.
The competition featured 55 runners from seven schools.
The Green and Gold take a week off before competing in the annual CCOC Championships, Saturday, Oct. 18 at Seneca Lake State Park in Geneva, N.Y.
