KEUKA PARK, N.Y. — The Keuka College Men's Soccer team defeated the College of St. Elizabeth 9-0 on Saturday in a North Eastern Athletic Conference game at the Jephson Community Athletic Complex.
Seven different players scored on Saturday for Keuka College (7-6, 5-2 NEAC). Samba Doukhansy and Damian Rutan each scored a pair of goals for the Wolves. Rohel Duncan assisted on two goals against St. Elizabeth.
Keuka College 9 vs. College of St. Elizabeth 0
The Wolves took the lead early against the Eagles as Samba Doukhansy scored 63 seconds into the game on Saturday. Jared Burns added to the lead in the seventh minute and Doukhansy later made it 3-0 Keuka. In the 18th minute, Christian Cupello scored on a 20-yard free kick. Cupello then assisted on a goal as his corner kick was headed home by Tom Reynolds. Damian Rutan added a pair of goals in the half with one being curved directly in off of a corner kick. Seth Spurgeon capped the first half scoring as Keuka College carried an 8-0 lead into halftime.
Keuka College continued to control the play in the second half, outshooting the College of St. Elizabeth 9-0. Joshua Card scored the lone goal of the half as Keuka College defeated St. Elizabeth 9-0 on Saturday.
