GANSEVOORT, N.Y.— The North Eastern Athletic Conference named senior Paulin Kolodja as their Men's Soccer Player of the Year.
Kolodja was also named to the All-Conference First Team on Friday, as was freshman Claude Tuyishimire. Rounding out the All-Conference selections for the Wolves was Ben Geloso and Noah Ogden, both earning third team honors.
Paulin Kolodja was earned All-NEAC honors all four years at Keuka College, including a first team selection as a sophomore. Kolodja is the fifth player to earn North Eastern Athletic Conference Player of the Year in Keuka College's 16 seasons in the conference. This season, Kolodja was tied for the team lead with 13 goals and led the conference with 11 assists. He is second overall in the conference with 37 total points.
Kolodja's season ranks in the top 10 in school history in all three categories. He is tied for the second most assists in a season in Keuka College history. For his career, Kolodja has assisted on 25 goals, second most in program history at Keuka.
Joining Kolodja on the first team was freshman Claude Tuyishimire. The freshman gave the Wolves an offensive presence from his defending role. Tuyishimire was third on the team with five goals and 12 total points this season.
Keuka College's third team selections, Ben Geloso and Noah Ogden, went a long way towards the Wolves allowing the third fewest goals in NEAC play this season. Geloso has been a staple in the Keuka College lineup at the defensive midfield role. Sophomore Noah Ogden has started every game of his two-year career at Keuka College at center back.
Keuka College currently have an 11-3-3 record and will take on Penn St.-Abington on Saturday in the NEAC Semi-Finals. It is the third straight year that the Wolves have made it to the final four of the North Eastern Athletic Conference Men's Soccer Tournament.
