Senior Austin Gerber (Churchville, N.Y./Churchville-Chili) and sophomore Paulin Kolodja (Rochester, N.Y./Aquinas) each scored a goal with an assist to power the Keuka College men's soccer team to a 3-0 road win over Wells College Saturday in Aurora, N.Y.

Junior Ben Schreiber (Hilton, N.Y./Hilton) added a goal, classmate Joe Maier (Spencerport, N.Y./Spencerport) had an assist and junior Preston Vick (Kendall, N.Y./Kendall) made three saves for his third shutout as the Wolfpack (4-1, 2-0 NEAC) remained perfect in NEAC play.

Neither team scored during the first 29 minutes, until Gerber found Kolodja for the game-winning goal with 15:42 remaining before halftime. Gerber played a through ball in behind the defense for Kolodja, who finished for his first goal of the year.

Less than three minutes later, Keuka took a two-goal lead. Kolodja played a cross in for Schreiber, who buried his third goal of the season in the 33rd minute.

Gerber capped the scoring in the 78th minute. Maier slotted a ball for Gerber, who broke free and beat Wells' goalie Michael Sciotti to the lower-right corner of the goal for his team-leading sixth tally of 2014.

Keuka prevailed despite Wells (2-3-1, 0-1 NEAC) holding a 6-3 edge in corner kicks. The shots were even at 11 apiece.

Maier, sophomores Zach Briggs (Cicero, N.Y./Cicero-North Syracuse) and Ben Geloso (Webster, N.Y./Webster Thomas) and freshman Noah Titus (Rochester, N.Y./Aquinas) started and helped keep the Express attack off the scoreboard.

The Green and Gold continue their four-game road trip, traveling to Alfred State for a 7 p.m. non-conference clash Wednesday night.
