Mark Shattuck Named Men’s Lacrosse Player of the Week

GANSEVOORT, N.Y. — Keuka College sophomore Mark Shattuck was named North Eastern Athletic Conference Men's Lacrosse Offensive Player of the Week on Monday.

Shattuck had a strong showing as the Wolves closed the regular season with a 2-1 week. He began his week with a season-high five goal performance in Keuka College's loss to Bryn Athyn. He then helped facilitate the offense on Thursday for the Wolves. Shattuck had four assists against Medaille College and added a goal. He closed the week on Saturday with a six-point performance against Wells College. Shattuck scored four goals and added two assists in the victory.

For the season, Mark Shattuck leads Keuka with 51 total points and 27 assists. His 27 helpers ranks sets a new personal best and ranks third in the North Eastern Athletic Conference.

The Keuka College Men's Lacrosse team enters the 2018 North Eastern Athletic Conference Tournament as the four seed. The Wolves will travel to Morrisville State to face the Mustangs in the semi-finals on Wednesday.
