2018-19 Schedule Release: Men’s Basketball

KEUKA PARK, N.Y.— The Keuka College Men's Basketball team broke a two-year postseason drought last season, making it to the North Eastern Athletic Conference quarterfinals.

The path for the Wolves to return to the postseason was laid out on Monday as the 2018-19 schedule was released.

Keuka College will have a difficult start to the season as eight of their first nine games come away from home. The Wolves open the season on November 10 with a game at Pitt.-Bradford. Keuka scored a season-high 96 points in a 96-80 victory over the Panthers last season.

The Green and Gold will then travel to Roanoke College for an early season tournament. Keuka will face the host Maroons in the opening game. Roanoke went 20-8 last season before falling in the ODAC Championship to Emory & Henry. Joining the Wolves and the Maroons in the tournament will be Emory University and the College of Staten Island. Returning from the tournament, Keuka College will play their first home game of the season on November 20 against Hilbert College.

Keuka will open North Eastern Athletic Conference play in December with a pair of road games. The Wolves will travel to Cazenovia College and Wells College. A road matchup with Alfred University will sandwich the two conference games.

2019 will begin on the road on January 5 with a game at Alfred State College. The Green and Gold will finally return home to the JMW Recreation and Athletics Center on January 9 against SUNY Poly. The Wildcats defeated the Wolves last season in the NEAC Tournament to end Keuka's season. The home stand will be brief as the Wolves return to the road for four straight games immediately following the matchup with SUNY Poly.

The schedule will flip for the Wolves in February. The open the month on the road with a game, but close the regular season with five straight games on David M. Sweet Court. Included in the final stretch are three of the four teams from the NEAC Semi-Finals last season. The regular season will close for the Wolves at home on February 16 against Morrisville State. It will also be Parents' and Senior Day. Prior to the game, there will be a ceremony for the family members of the 2018-19 Men's Basketball team as well as a special celebration for the graduating Class of 2019.
