Sophomore Jared Taylor (North Syracuse, N.Y./Bishop Ludden) was 2-for-2 with an RBI, but the Keuka College baseball team suffered a 9-4 non-conference loss to Hamilton College Monday in Auburndale, Fla.
Dailey and freshman John Rizzo (Auburn, N.Y./Auburn) each had doubles in the loss for Keuka, which was out-hit 17-9 by the Continentals.
The Green and Gold trailed Hamilton (6-3) 9-0 entering the bottom of the seventh before the Wolfpack struck for four runs over the final three innings.
After scoring an unearned run in the seventh, Taylor led off the eighth with a hard single through the right side of the infield, and Keuka had runners at second and third with only one out after Rizzo laced a double into left field.
Marasco, a pinch hitter, singled up the middle to plate Taylor and cut the lead to 9-2, but an ensuing double play ended the threat.
The Wolfpack tacked on two more runs in the bottom of the ninth.
Freshman Alec Bowie (Sparta, N.J./Sparta) led off with a single and scored on Dailey's RBI double down the right field line. Dailey advanced to third on a groundout and scored on Taylor's RBI single to right center field to complete the scoring for the Green and Gold.
Junior Kyle Michaud (Elmira Heights, N.Y./Thomas A. Edison) took the loss, allowing five runs on nine hits in four innings of work.
Keuka plays the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday afternoon as part of the 12-game, eight-day RussMat tournament.
